Return Policy Overview

We provide a 30-day return window, starting from the date your item is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. When contacting us, please include your order number and the reason for the return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Authorized returns will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Method:

  • Mail: Return items via postal service.

Return Shipping Labels:

  • Defective Products: Free return shipping via prepaid label.
  • Customer Remorse: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Fees:

  • Defective Products: Contact us for repairs or replacements. If unresolved, a replacement will be sent.
  • Customer Remorse: Receive a refund for the product price within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: No fees apply.

Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days. Allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days of approval, contact us at service@gerpwfe.com.

Order Cancellation Policy:

  • If your order is canceled due to unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
