Order and Payment Information

We only accept PayPal. We don’t accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers, debit cards, or cash on delivery.

Your security is our priority. SSL encryption protects your credit card information during transmission, and we don’t store your credit card details on our servers.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
Orders may be accepted or rejected even after confirmation. If canceled after credit card authorization, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery Information
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships, usually within 24 hours. Note that we aren’t responsible for customs delays in your country.

Discount Code Usage
Unless stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes can’t be combined with other offers.

Account Requirements
Guest checkout is available, but creating an account offers benefits like faster checkout, easy order tracking, and updates on new products and promotions.

You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact our customer service team immediately at service@gerpwfe.com with your order number and a photo of the item if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.
